How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Check the Christmas cutoff date in the announcement bar at the top of the site. Orders placed before that date are expected to arrive by December 24.
How do I charge it?
Use the included USB cable with any USB phone charger or power bank.
Can I return it?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is it safe?
Do not use it while sleeping, do not let children use it unsupervised, and stop using it if it is damaged.
