Free tracked shipping on every order

Every order from Always Cold Club ships free to the United States with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after they ship. During the holiday season, carrier delays can add a few days, so we recommend ordering early for Christmas gifts.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Bundles

Duo and Squad bundles may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, email us at ryanc08288@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships.
