Products

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors may look slightly different on your screen. Product photos and videos on this site and our social media may include AI-generated or edited imagery for illustration; the item you receive is the one described on the product page. Power bank not included.

Safe use

The Heated Pocket is a low-voltage USB comfort warmer. Use only a 5V/2A USB power bank or adapter; higher-powered fast chargers are not supported. Do not use while sleeping, do not use on numb or broken skin, keep away from water, and stop using it if it is damaged. Not for unsupervised use by children. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or relieve any medical condition.

Pricing and orders

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Shipping and refunds

Shipping and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Always Cold Club is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
